As part of a start-up labor and employment firm, primarily represent marine fabrication company in complex litigation, including in a five-week federal trial. In discovery phase, responsibilities included leading plaintiff depositions, evidentiary and dispositive motion practice, and document review using Relativity software. In trial preparation, responsibilities included drafting outlines for cross-examination of plaintiffs and direct examinations of client, and preparing witnesses for testimony.

Pro Bono Attorney (November 2013 – February 2014)
Provided legal analysis, research and investigated New Orleans Police Department officer-involved shooting cases to ensure compliance with state and federal law, as well as NOPD internal policy, and assisted in drafting reports evaluating police procedure and recommending policy changes.

Interpreted and ensured compliance with Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement Agreement as a liaison to law firms filing BP claims, and participated in other special projects for large settlement claims administrator.
